Ingredients:

Crust:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup heavy cream
Strawberry Topping:

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice


Directions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Make the Crust:

Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until evenly coated.
Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove and let cool completely.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:

Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
