Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
10 oz fresh spinach
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the spinach over medium heat until wilted. Remove and chop finely.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Serve warm with your favorite chips, crackers, or bread
