Ingredients :

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup of iced water
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 carrot, grated
1/2 zucchini, grated
Oil for frying
Soy sauce for serving


Directions:

In a large bowl, mix flour, ice water, egg and salt until smooth.
Add the green onions, carrot and zucchini to the dough and mix well.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan and spread it to form a pancake.
Cook each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Serve hot with soy sauce.
