Ground Beef Casserole
Cheesy Ground Beef and Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef (93% lean)
1- 10.5 oz condensed cream of celery soup
1- 10.5 oz condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
1- 28 oz bag frozen cubed potatoes with onion and bell peppers
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium-sized skillet, brown the ground beef until no longer pink.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with frozen cubed potatoes, cream of celery soup, cream of cheddar soup, one cup of shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Top with the remaining cup of shredded cheddar.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
