📋 Ingredients:

Filling
🍓 4 cups chopped rhubarb, ½-inch pieces
🍓 3 cups chopped strawberries, ½-inch pieces
🍬 1¼ cup granulated sugar
🌽 4 tablespoons cornstarch
🍋 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest (1 lemon)
🍋 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Topping
🌾 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
🧈 10 tablespoons cold cubed salted sweet cream butter
🍬 ½ cup light brown sugar, packed
🌾 ¾ cup quick oats
🍬 1-2 tablespoons decorator’s sugar (optional garnish)


📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. 🥣
2️⃣ Combine filling ingredients in a large mixing bowl until combined. 🍓
3️⃣ Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. 🥣
4️⃣ In a food processor, pulse flour, butter, and brown sugar until pea-sized. 🌾
5️⃣ Add oats and pulse until combined. 🌾
6️⃣ Spread topping over the filling, sprinkle decorator’s sugar. 🍬
7️⃣ Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown. 🍰
