Ingredients :
6 large eggs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
2 sliced green onions
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
1 pinch of red pepper flakes
Directions:
Boil water in a saucepan, then carefully add the eggs. Cook for 7 minutes to obtain semi-hard eggs.
Prepare an ice water bath and immediately transfer the eggs to stop the cooking.
Peel the eggs once cooled.
Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, garlic, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl to create the marinade.
Place the peeled eggs in the marinade, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
Before serving, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
