Jalapeno Peach Chicken
Detailed Recipe & Step By Step Instruction Here 👇
📋 Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
2 peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
📝Instructions:
1️⃣ Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. 🧂
2️⃣ In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 🍗
3️⃣ In the same skillet, add chopped jalapeno peppers and chopped peaches. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are slightly softened. 🌶️🍑
4️⃣ Stir in honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, and smoked paprika. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly. 🍯
5️⃣ Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the peach jalapeno sauce over the top. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the chicken through and allow the flavors to meld. 🍲
6️⃣ Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired, then serve your delicious Jalapeno Peach Chicken hot. Enjoy! 🍽️
Notes 💡:
◻️ Adjust the amount of jalapeno peppers according to your spice preference. Add more for extra heat or reduce for a milder flavor. 🌶️
◻️ You can substitute fresh peaches with canned or frozen peaches if they’re not in season. Just make sure to drain excess liquid before using. 🍑
◻️ Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop before serving.
