🍗 Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers 🧀
📋 Ingredients:
1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
1/4 cup (30g) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
2️⃣ Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
3️⃣ Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4️⃣ Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers, distributing them evenly.
5️⃣ Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and nicely charred.
6️⃣ Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
7️⃣ Garnish the garlic Parmesan chicken skewers with additional grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.
