🥧 Easy Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie 🍰
📋 Ingredients:
2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
16 ounces (450g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup (55g) unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
2️⃣ Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared pie dish, pressing the seams together to seal.
3️⃣ In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
4️⃣ Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll dough in the pie dish.
5️⃣ Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it on top of the cream cheese layer, pressing the seams together to seal.
6️⃣ In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1/4 cup of granulated sugar with the ground cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over the top layer of crescent roll dough.
7️⃣ Drizzle the melted butter over the cinnamon-sugar layer.
