Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole 🍗🥓🧀
📋 Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
📝Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked and diced chicken, cooked and crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning mix, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and condensed cream of chicken soup. Stir until well combined.
3️⃣ Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
4️⃣ Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken and bacon mixture.
5️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
6️⃣ Remove from the oven and let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
