Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole 🍝🥫🧀
📋 Ingredients:
1 pound uncooked pasta (such as penne or rotini)
1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
2 cups water
1 pound frozen meatballs
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


📝Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2️⃣ In the prepared baking dish, combine uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, water, frozen meatballs, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
3️⃣ Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
4️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and the sauce is bubbly.
5️⃣ Remove the foil and sprinkle additional shredded mozzarella cheese over the top, if desired.
6️⃣ Return the casserole to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7️⃣ Remove from the oven and let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
8️⃣ Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired before serving.
