Indulge in layers of creamy cheesecake, tangy cherries, and a crunchy Oreo crust with this delightful dessert!

1 package (14 ounces) golden Oreos, crushed
1/3 cup melted salted butter
1 tablespoon butter (for preparing the pan)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
16 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 small boxes cheesecake flavored instant pudding mix
3 cups whole milk
2 large cans cherry pie filling
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Prepare Dish: Grease a 9×13 baking dish with butter. Set aside.
Make Crust: Crush Oreos into crumbs using a food processor. Mix with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the baking dish. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Cream Cheese Layer: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and 1 cup whipped topping until smooth. Spread over the Oreo crust. Freeze for another 10 minutes.
Pudding Layer: In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup whipped topping until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Chill for 30 minutes until set.
Cherry Layer: Pour cherry pie filling over the pudding layer, spreading evenly.
Top Layer: Spread remaining whipped topping over the cherries. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Chill: Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
