Immediately following delivery, twin boys console one another. The two babies were held near to one another but were not touched as they were seen sobbing. But as soon as the boys touched skin to skin, they stopped sobbing. When children are close to one another in the womb, it is a beautiful feeling. And even when going out, that affection continues.

These newborn babies demonstrate that they are happiest when they are with each other shortly after birth. Caleb and Weston Lyman, twin boys who were born on February 25, were filmed in a heartwarming scene when they were wailing before instantly settling down as a nurse repositioned them such that their heads touched. Many onlookers are moved to tears by the two babies’ tender caresses of one another.

The boys’ father, Dane Lyman, 28, said: “Being a parent is an emotional experience in and of itself, so witnessing my sons console one another and realize they are already buddies is comforting. Together, that’s very wonderful.” The heartwarming moment was missed by Lyman’s wife Lisa, 29, so he is happy to have recorded it as a memento. As a new addition to the expanding Lymans family, brothers Caleb and Weston joined sisters Corinne, 4, and Amelia, 1.

They currently live in Orlando, Florida, while Dane completed medical school at the University of Central Florida. Only a few close family members watched the video until Dane decided to share it on Facebook on April 1 after a wonderful Easter weekend with the family. “I just feel really grateful for my family,” he said. “That video made us very happy, so I thought, let’s see if we can make other people happy. We were hoping it would brighten everyone’s day the way it brightens ours.” And the children in the future, no matter how old they grow up, that love will always remain the same as when they came to this world together.
