🦄🌈 Unicorn Poop Cookies 🌈🦄
Magical rainbow cookies that are as fun to make as they are to eat!
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Gel food coloring (pink, purple, blue, green, yellow)
Sprinkles
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream Butter and Sugar:
In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Egg and Vanilla:
Beat in egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
Divide Dough:
Divide dough into equal portions, one for each color of the rainbow.
Color Dough:
Use gel food coloring to tint each portion of dough a different color of the rainbow.
Form Cookies:
Take small pieces of each colored dough and roll them together to create a rainbow effect.
Roll into balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
Add Sprinkles:
Flatten each cookie slightly and press sprinkles onto the surface.
Bake:
Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
