Ultimate Surf and Turf Dinner

Just whipped up the ultimate surf and turf dinner with filet mignon, lobster tails, and garlic-butter shrimp. A true feast for the senses! 😋🍤🥩#dinnergoals #foodporn #steakandseafood

Ingredients:
– 2 filet mignon steaks (6 ounces each)
– 2 lobster tails (4-5 ounces each)
– 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 8 asparagus spears
– 8 slices of bacon
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
– 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper. Grill to your preferred doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest for 5 minutes.
3. Split lobster tails down the middle with a sharp knife. Grill, flesh side down, for about 5 minutes, then flip and grill until just cooked through, about 4 more minutes.
4. Wrap asparagus spears with bacon. Grill until bacon is crispy and asparagus is tender, about 7 minutes.
5. In a pan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. In a small bowl, mix remaining butter with garlic, parsley, and chives. Melt slightly in the microwave or over the stove and drizzle over the cooked filet mignon, lobster tails, and shrimp.
7. Serve the filet mignon, lobster tails, and shrimp on a platter with bacon-wrapped asparagus on the side.
