🍗 Tasty Chicken Piccata with Lemon Sauce 🍋
📋 Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup capers, drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Lemon slices, for garnish


📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, shaking off any excess.
3️⃣ In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
