Spinach and Artichoke Dip Wonton Cups 🥟🌿
📋 Ingredients:
24 wonton wrappers
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
2️⃣ Press a wonton wrapper into each cup of the mini muffin tin, forming a small cup shape.
3️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Spoon the spinach and artichoke mixture into each wonton cup, filling them to the top.
5️⃣ Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.
6️⃣ Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before removing the spinach and artichoke dip wonton cups from the muffin tin.
7️⃣ Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
