🍰 Snickers Cheesecake 🥜🍫
📋 Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
24 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup chopped Snickers bars
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup caramel sauce


📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2️⃣ In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
3️⃣ In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup granulated sugar until smooth.
4️⃣ Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
5️⃣ Fold in creamy peanut butter until fully incorporated.
6️⃣ Gently stir in chopped Snickers bars and chocolate chips.
7️⃣ Pour the cheesecake batter over the graham cracker crust in the springform pan.
8️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
9️⃣ Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
🔟 Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature.
1️⃣1️⃣ Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
1️⃣2️⃣ Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake.
