📋 Ingredients:
For the salad:
4 cups broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
For the poppy seed dressing:
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Salt and black pepper to taste


📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli florets, shredded carrots, dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and chopped red onion.
2️⃣ In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey or maple syrup, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
