📋 Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound baby potatoes, halved
2 ears corn, each cut into 4 pieces
1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Old Bay seasoning, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ In a large bowl, combine shrimp, potatoes, corn, and smoked sausage.
3️⃣ In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, and Old Bay seasoning.
4️⃣ Divide the shrimp and vegetable mixture evenly among four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
5️⃣ Drizzle each packet with the butter mixture.
6️⃣ Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7️⃣ Top each packet with lemon slices.
8️⃣ Fold the foil over the shrimp and vegetable mixture, sealing tightly to create packets.
9️⃣ Place foil packets on the grill or in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and vegetables are tender.
