1/2 cup nut butter (choose from almond, cashew, or peanut)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Berry Layer:
2 cups mixed berries (like raspberries and strawberries), pureed
1/4 cup chia seeds
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
Garnish:
Edible dried rose petals
Sea salt flakes
Directions:
Crust Preparation: Combine almond flour, crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Press into silicone molds to form crusts and chill.
Chocolate Fudge Layer: Blend dates, cocoa powder, nut butter, coconut oil, and salt until smooth. Spread over crusts and chill to set.
Berry Layer: Simmer berry puree with chia seeds and maple syrup until thick. Cool slightly and layer over set fudge. Chill to firm.
Ganache Enrobing: Once berry layer is firm, unmold each piece. Prepare ganache by heating cream and pouring over chocolate chips, stir until smooth. Drape ganache over each delight placed on a wire rack, allowing excess to drip off. Let the ganache set slightly.
