📋 Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1 pound multi-colored potatoes, washed and cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
📝Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ Place pork chops and potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3️⃣ Drizzle olive oil over pork chops and potatoes. Sprinkle minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper evenly.
4️⃣ Use your hands to rub the seasonings into the pork chops and potatoes.
