Perfect Steak Butter 🥩🧈🔥
📋 Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste


📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, and lemon juice.
2️⃣ Season with salt and black pepper to taste; mix until well combined.
3️⃣ Transfer the butter mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap; shape into a log.
4️⃣ Roll the plastic wrap tightly around the butter log; twist the ends to seal.
5️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
6️⃣ Slice the butter into rounds and place a slice on top of hot grilled or pan-seared steak just before serving.
7️⃣ Allow the butter to melt slightly over the steak for a flavorful finishing touch.
