🥜 Peanut Butter Cup Gooey Cookie Bars 🍪
Detailed Recipe & Step By Step Instruction Here 👇
📋 Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup mini peanut butter cups, halved
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper. 🍽️
2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust. 🥄
3️⃣ In another bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the mixture over the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly. 🥜
4️⃣ Sprinkle the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and halved mini peanut butter cups over the peanut butter layer, pressing them gently into the mixture. 🍫
5️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. The bars may still seem slightly gooey, but they will firm up as they cool. 🕒
6️⃣ Remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely in the baking dish on a wire rack. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy your irresistible Peanut Butter Cup Gooey Cookie Bars!
