Nutella-Filled Donuts
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Nutella
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2-inch thickness. Use a donut cutter or a round cutter to cut out donuts.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the donuts in batches for about 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Once cool enough to handle, use a piping bag fitted with a small round tip to fill each donut with Nutella.
Dust the filled donuts with powdered sugar before serving.
