Mini Taco Cups with Seasoned Beef and Cheese
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
12 wonton wrappers
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
Cooking spray


Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, pressing gently to fit the shape of the cup.
Add a tablespoon of cooked beef mixture to each cup, then top with shredded cheese.
Place another wonton wrapper over the cheese layer, pressing down gently.
Add another tablespoon of beef mixture and top with more cheese.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Top each taco cupcake with a spoonful of salsa, a dollop of sour cream, chopped green onions, and sliced black olives if desired.
Serve warm.
