Kielbasa Sausage Cheesy Potato Casserole
Cheesy Kielbasa and Potato Bake
Ingredients:
1 lb sausage kielbasa, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
3 large potatoes, peeled and diced into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup diced onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
10.5 oz can cheddar cheese soup
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup water, as needed


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13×9 inch baking dish.
In a large pot, cook sausage with 1/2 cup water over medium heat until browned.
Add onions and garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.
Add potatoes, chicken broth, heavy cream, cheese soup, seasoning salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cook over low heat until the mixture starts to boil. Stir in cheddar cheese.
Transfer to the baking dish, top with extra cheese if desired.
Cover with foil and bake for 65-75 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
