Ham and Cheese Sticks 🧀🍖
📋 Ingredients:
8 slices ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing


📝Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray or olive oil.
2️⃣ Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each slice of ham.
3️⃣ Roll up each ham and cheese slice tightly and secure with toothpicks.
4️⃣ In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5️⃣ Place all-purpose flour in another shallow dish, and beaten eggs in a third shallow dish.
6️⃣ Dredge each ham and cheese stick in the flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
7️⃣ Place the coated ham and cheese sticks on the prepared baking sheet.
8️⃣ Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
9️⃣ Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
🔟 Serve the ham and cheese sticks hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
