Green Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh spinach
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions:
Add fresh spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, and almond milk to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth.
Add chia seeds, honey (if using), and ice cubes.
Blend again until the mixture is well combined and the ice is crushed.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
