Golden Crispy Buttery Garlic Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the flour mixture again.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
