Garlic Butter Shrimp with Broccoli Stir Fry
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups broccoli florets
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 cup chicken broth or water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice, for serving


Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth (or water). Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet. Pour the sauce mixture over the shrimp and broccoli. Stir well to combine and coat everything evenly.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened and shrimp and broccoli are heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot over cooked rice.
