Delicious Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
4 cups broccoli florets
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until just tender. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Fold in the broccoli florets until evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
In a small bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.
