Elegant Red Snapper Fillets in a Luxurious Lobster Cream🐟🦞
RecipeIngredients:
12 ounce red snapper fillets (2-3 filets)
4 ounces cooked lobster meat (claw and body)
1 cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon chopped Italian parsley for garnishing
4 cups supergreens or greens of your choice
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the red snapper fillets in a baking dish and add a little water to prevent drying.
Season the snapper with sea salt and black pepper, and optionally drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
While the fish is baking, add heavy cream and Old Bay seasoning to a sauté pan and reduce on medium to low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add in the lobster meat and continue to reduce for another 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened by about 40-50%.
Sauté the greens in olive oil or water, seasoning with sea salt and black pepper as needed.
When the snapper is cooked, plate the greens, top with the snapper, and spoon over the lobster cream sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
