Decadent Caramel Fudge Blondies with Dairy Milk
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Dairy Milk chocolate, chopped
1 cup caramel squares, chopped
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl and whisk until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chopped Dairy Milk chocolate and caramel squares.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
