For the Cinnamon Rolls:
1 cup warm milk
2.5 teaspoons instant yeast (1 packet)
½ cup white sugar
2 beaten eggs
½ cup melted butter (cooled)
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon blue food coloring
1 cup crushed Oreos
2 tablespoons cinnamon
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup heavy whipping cream
For the Icing:
½ cup softened butter
8 oz cream cheese (1 package)
2 cups powdered sugar

Make the Dough:

In a stand mixer, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.
Add melted butter and eggs, mix until combined.
Gradually add flour, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
Switch to the hook attachment, knead until dough is smooth.
Add blue food coloring, mix until uniform.
Cover dough and let rise for 1 hour.
Prepare the Filling:

Crush Oreos and mix with cinnamon and brown sugar.
Roll dough into a rectangle, spread a layer of softened butter.
Sprinkle Oreo mixture over the dough.
Roll dough lengthwise, cut into 1.5-inch pieces using unflavored dental floss.
