Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cake
Decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Cake
Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix
3 large eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup creamy peanut butter
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package instructions, using eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans.
In a mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add heavy cream to the peanut butter mixture, beating until well combined.
Stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Pour peanut butter cheesecake batter over the chocolate cake batter in the pans, dividing evenly.
Use a knife to swirl the peanut butter cheesecake batter into the chocolate cake batter, creating a marbled effect.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove cakes from oven and let cool in pans for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Optional: Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top of the cakes before serving.
