Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps
Ingredients:
2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
4 large tortillas


Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked. Let cool and then slice into thin strips.
In a large bowl, mix the chicken strips with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
Lay the tortillas flat and divide the Romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes evenly among them.
Top each tortilla with the chicken mixture.
Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
