Chicken Avocado Crescent Ring
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 avocado, diced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
1 egg, beaten
Sesame seeds (optional)


Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Unroll the crescent rolls and arrange them in a circular pattern on a baking sheet, with the wide ends overlapping in the center and the pointed ends facing outward, creating a ring.
Spoon the chicken mixture over the wide ends of the crescent rolls.
Fold the pointed ends of the rolls over the filling and tuck them under the wide ends to secure the ring.
Brush the top of the crescent ring with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent ring is golden brown and cooked through.
Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
