🥔 Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage 🧀🌿
📋 Ingredients:
4 cups baby potatoes, halved or quartered
1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
2️⃣ In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, sliced smoked sausage rounds, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
3️⃣ Transfer the potato and sausage mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
4️⃣ Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
5️⃣ Remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the potatoes and sausage.
6️⃣ Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7️⃣ Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
