Beefaroni
Ingredients:
8 ounces elbow macaroni
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
28 ounces tomato sauce


Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onions together, breaking up the beef until it’s cooked and the onions are soft.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until you can start to smell it.
Stir in all the seasonings and add the tomato sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil, and cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Drain the pasta, then add it to the sauce, and toss until everything is combined. Serve immediately.
