Ingredients:
1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prep the Veggies: Trim the asparagus and cut into 2-inch pieces. Slice the mushrooms and chop the green onions.
Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
