🍗 Air Fryer Honey-Mustard Chicken Thighs 🍯🍗
📋 Ingredients:
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1/4 cup (60ml) honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
2️⃣ Place the chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the honey-mustard marinade over the chicken, making sure they are evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
3️⃣ Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade, shaking off any excess, and place them in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
5️⃣ Air fry the chicken thighs for 15 minutes, then flip them over and air fry for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
6️⃣ Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
7️⃣ Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired, and serve the honey-mustard chicken thighs hot.
