Ingredients:
1 pound green cherry tomatoes
2 cups white vinegar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
4 garlic cloves, peeled
2 teaspoons mustard seeds
1 teaspoon black peppercorns
2 dill sprigs
Directions:
Wash the cherry tomatoes and prick each tomato with a toothpick to allow the brine to penetrate.
In a saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring until the salt and sugar dissolve.
Place garlic cloves, mustard seeds, peppercorns, and dill sprigs into a clean jar.
Add the tomatoes to the jar and pour the hot vinegar mixture over them, ensuring the tomatoes are completely submerged.
