Heirloom Tomato Toast with Feta 🍅🧀🍞
📋 Ingredients:
4 slices of your favorite bread (such as sourdough or whole grain)
2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste


📝Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
2️⃣ Remove the toasted bread slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
3️⃣ Arrange the sliced heirloom tomatoes on top of the toasted bread slices.
