Decadent Ferrero Rocher & M&M’s Cookie Dough Ice Cream Delight

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini M&M’s
1 cup Ferrero Rocher chocolates, chopped
1 cup cookie dough, chopped into small pieces
Pinch of salt


Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, typically about 20-25 minutes.
During the last 5 minutes of churning, add the chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates, mini M&M’s, and cookie dough pieces.
Once the ice cream has finished churning, transfer it to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
