📋 Ingredients:
1 pound (450g) ground beef
1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup (60ml) water
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup (100g) shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup (60ml) nacho cheese sauce
1/4 cup (60ml) sour cream
Sliced jalapeños for extra heat (optional)
Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
2️⃣ Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the cooked ground beef. Stir well to combine and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
3️⃣ Warm the flour tortillas according to package instructions or heat them in a dry skillet for a few seconds on each side.
4️⃣ Divide the seasoned ground beef evenly among the warmed tortillas, spreading it out in the center.
