Triple Chocolate Banana Bread

Recipe
Ingredients:
• 3 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup milk chocolate chunks
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips


Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
3. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
5. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chunks, and white chocolate chips.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
