🍗 Sweet Baby Ray’s Crockpot Chicken 🥫
📋 Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup (240ml) Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
1/4 cup (60ml) honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)


📝 Instructions:
1️⃣ Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
2️⃣ In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
3️⃣ Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the crockpot.
4️⃣ Pour the barbecue sauce mixture over the chicken, making sure they are well coated.
5️⃣ Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
6️⃣ Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks directly in the crockpot, or remove the chicken breasts to a cutting board and shred them before returning them to the crockpot.
7️⃣ Stir the shredded chicken in the sauce to coat evenly.
8️⃣ Serve the Sweet Baby Ray’s Crockpot Chicken hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
