Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls with Lemon Cream Cheese Glaze

Ingredients:
Dough:
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp instant yeast
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, softened
Filling:
1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sugar
Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup half and half
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Melt butter with milk until lukewarm.
Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add egg and water. Mix in milk mixture and remaining flour. Rest for 10 minutes.
Roll dough, spread filling, sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. Roll and slice. Cover and rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
Beat frosting ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
