🍫 S’mores Rice Krispie Treats 🍫
Bring the campfire favorite indoors with these easy S’mores Rice Krispie Treats rolled into delicious pinwheels!

Ingredients:
5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
2 cups graham crackers, roughly chopped
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup (½ stick) salted butter
10 ounces marshmallows
7 ounces marshmallow creme
12.75 ounces Hershey’s special dark chocolate bars


Directions:
Prepare Pan: Line a 10×15 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Make Cereal Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, mix Rice Krispies cereal, graham crackers, and salt. Set aside.
Melt Butter & Marshmallows: In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted (5-8 minutes). Remove from heat.
Combine & Press: Fold the cereal mixture into the melted marshmallows until evenly coated. Press into the prepared pan.
Cool & Spread: Cool for 3-5 minutes. Spread marshmallow creme over the mixture, leaving a 1-inch border.
Add Chocolate: Place chocolate bars on the marshmallow layer, leaving a small gap on one short side.
Broil: Broil in the oven for 1 minute. Spread the melted chocolate evenly with a spatula.
Roll: Roll the treats from the side with the most chocolate, using parchment paper to assist. Place seam side down.
Chill: Chill for 4 hours or overnight until completely set.
Slice & Serve: Slice into individual rolls and allow to come to room temperature before serving.
